How to make the perfect

Amarula Waffles




  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 5oz Amarula
  • 6 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • Butter for the waffle iron


  1. In a mixing bowl mix the oat flour, wheat flour and baking powder.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the Amarula, canola oil, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla bean pulp.
  3. Then slowly whisk the flour mixture into the batter until smooth.
  4. Preheat the waffle iron and grease with butter.
  5. Add batter to the waffle iron and cook accordingly.
  6. Serve the waffles with desired toppings.
