Ingredients

  • 75ml Amarula Cream Liqueur
  • 75ml Chilled Peppermint Tea
  • 30ml White Rum
  • 5ml Gomme/Sugar Syrup
  • Mint Sprig Garnish

Method

  1. Brew and chill 75ml of peppermint tea.
  2. Add the tea over ice first, and then all other ingredients to the glass.
  3. Stir gently for 10 seconds and garnish with mint sprig.
