Amarula Cream Steak Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Cream, (double cream)
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 TB Honey, (reduce to 1 TB if you prefer less sweet)
  • 2 TB Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cube or package of vegetable stock
  • 2 TB Amarula Liqueur

Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Method

Place the Cream, Milk, Honey, Mustard and vegtable stock in a small saucepan – over medium heat, simmer (stir regularly) the sauce until thickened to your preference – remove from heat.

Stir in the Amarula Liqueur and season to taste
