How to make the perfect
Amarula Chai Latte Creamsicle

Ingredients
½ cup evaporated milk
3 tbsp loose leaf chai tea
Amarula Cream
Popsicle mold
Method
Bring the milk to a simmer over low heat, add the chai leaves and continue to simmer.
Allow the chai to steep for a few minutes.
Pour the milk and tea mixture through a sieve into a clean measuring cup allow to cool.
Stir in the Amarula Cream.
Pour into popsicle molds.
Remove from freezer once fully set and hold mold under warm running water to loosen.
