Amarula Chai Latte Creamsicle




  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 3 tbsp loose leaf chai tea
  • Amarula Cream
  • Popsicle mold


  1. Bring the milk to a simmer over low heat, add the chai leaves and continue to simmer.
  2. Allow the chai to steep for a few minutes.
  3. Pour the milk and tea mixture through a sieve into a clean measuring cup allow to cool.
  4. Stir in the Amarula Cream.
  5. Pour into popsicle molds.
  6. Remove from freezer once fully set and hold mold under warm running water to loosen.
