
Tibb’s Eve
Yield: 1 cocktail


Ingredients
- 1 oz. evaporated milk
- 2 oz. hot water
- 1 oz. white chocolate, chopped
- 5 oz. Amarula Cream Liqueur
- 5 oz. brandy
- Whipped cream, to taste, for garnish
- Grated nutmeg, to taste, for garnish
Preparation
- Heat the evaporated milk and the water and pour it over the chopped chocolate in a heat-proof mug. Stir until the chocolate is melted, then add the Amarula and brandy. Top with whipped cream and freshly grated nutmeg.
