Yield: 1 drink


Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Amarula Cream Liqueur
- 1 oz anejo tequila
- 0.5 oz ginger liqueur
- 1 tsp (5mL) demerara syrup (2:1)
- 3 dashes Pimento Dram (allspice bitters)
- Cinnamon, to taste, for garnish
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake with ice until chilled and diluted. Double strain into a coupe glass.
- Grate fresh cinnamon on top of the cocktail.
